West Star Aviation Improves Compliance Service with CORRIDOR® Technology
Full Service FBO Implements Leading Aviation Service Software To Improve Compliance Service
CONTINUUM Applied Technology® recently announced the release of a new version of its leading software solution, CORRIDOR Version 5.0. Featured in this version was the new Regulatory Compliance Module. Incorporated with CORRIDOR's Aircraft Management Module, the Regulatory Compliance Module was designed to handle the complexities of aircraft service compliance, including tracking recurring and non-recurring service bulletins, airworthiness directives, service kits, inspections, and life-limited and rotable components.
West Star recognized the advantages CORRIDOR could bring to their full service FBO and began working with CONTINUUM to implement CORRIDOR at their Grand Junction, Colorado facility. "The implementation of this advanced, leading-edge technology, will enable West Star to team with our customers in planning, tracking and scheduling maintenance events for their aircraft. It also allows us flexibility and control over our aircraft research and tracking program," said Joe Kendrick, West Star's Conquest Technical Representative.
CORRIDOR's unmatched flexibility appealed to West Star. The comprehensive modular solution is designed to handle all aspects of a full service facility's services, aircraft, and processes. Dave Krogman, West Star's Citation, Hawker and Falcon Technical Representative explained some of the efficiency and cost benefits West Star and its customers will experience from the addition of CORRIDOR, "Every feature we were looking for in an aircraft research system is available to us in the CORRIDOR Compliance Software. It allows us to offer our customers thorough in-house research capabilities at significantly lower cost than other currently available tracking systems. We can enroll as many aircraft as we want, without any penalties or monthly tracking fees."
