New Version 6.0 of CORRIDOR® Previewed At 56th Annual NBAA
Version 6.0 Introduces New Work Order Quote Module, Redefines Rotable Management Module and More
CONTINUUM Applied Technology® Inc. announces the preview of its newest version of CORRIDOR. Version 6.0 adds even more robustness to CORRIDOR's already comprehensive set of software modules with the addition of its Work Order Quote Module. Other enhancements will be evident throughout CORRIDOR's existing modules, including Rotable Management, Line Sales & Management, and Accounting Integration.
Work Order Quoting
Designed to work directly with the Work Order Module, the Work Order Quoting Module, being introduced in 6.0, allows the sales person to design a quote with multiple revisions for a customer to approve prior to creating a work order. Details of the job can be detailed in the quote, and parts can be reserved prior to the creation of a work order.
Rotable Management Overhauled
The Rotable Management Module's handling of the complicated rotable process is unmatched. Version 6.0 takes this module even further with additional costing features.
Integrated Credit Card Processing
Another major feature introduced in 6.0 is the ability to process credit cards online. Fully integrated into CORRIDOR's modules, this feature eliminates the need to manually enter credit card numbers, thereby increasing efficiency greatly throughout departments.
System Wide Improvements
Other enhancements to CORRIDOR® can be found throughout its modules. The Line Sales & Management Module, which uses a folio system to organize and manage line service, will now allow splitting of folios for multiple payments. In the Work Order Module, functionality of WorkPaks & Canned Squawks is enhanced and labor cost permissions have been modified and extended. CORRIDOR's interaction with parts distributors to directly import and update parts masters has also been expanded to accommodate various types of data input. The Inventory Module has seen changes with 6.0 as well through its ability to control min/max levels by warehouse. Several modules will now allow multimedia attachments, such as video, images, and documentation.
"Our industry is one of change and constant advancements, so our software redefines itself to accommodate the needs of the industry, "explains Jack Demeis, President of CONTINUUM Applied Technology®, "The enhancements we're introducing with 6.0 are in direct response to the needs of our customers. This is how we've always developed CORRIDOR, and it is this concept we know will carry CORRIDOR® and its customers into the future of aviation service."
CONTINUUM Applied Technology® is currently previewing CORRIDOR® Version 6.0 at NBAA's 56th Annual Conference in Orlando, FL in booth #4291. Current customers and new prospects alike are stopping in to view demonstrations and speak with CORRIDOR's software experts.
