Cutting-edge Wireless Technology Demonstrated at 56th NBAA

CORRIDOR
® Uses NBAA Show as Platform to Demonstrate Latest Wireless Applications

Already proven as a standard in the industry, CORRIDOR
® Aviation Service Software has been working with the latest wireless devices to apply CORRIDOR® in innovative new ways. At the 56th Annual NBAA Convention in Orlando, CONTINUUM Applied Technology® will demonstrate three wireless applications currently in development.

Handheld Devices and Tablet PC's for Maintenance Shops and Line Services
CORRIDOR
® can be applied wirelessly on maintenance shop floors. A full wireless application of CORRIDOR® running on a tablet PC provides a rugged, portable means for supervisors, technicians, and line service representatives to have CORRIDOR® at their fingertips -- whether they're on a scaffold repairing a tail or at the fuel pumps filling up. Similarly, with a standard handheld device, or PDA, running a slimmer wireless application of CORRIDOR, a supervisor can view an updated shop schedule, track work by team member, view open orders for material and services, and edit a to-do list. Arrivals and departures and task lists will be viewed and edited in real time directly on the handheld device.

Wireless Fuel Trucks
Through the combination of CORRIDOR's folio system of managing line service and Contrec's wireless fuel truck meters, line service becomes more efficient. As the fuel is dispensed, all data surrounding the fuel transaction is sent wirelessly to computers within the facility to automatically create an "event" for the service in real time. Removing the paper delivery and manual entry of the data creates a more efficient means to track fuel sales.

"We design CORRIDOR
® to meet specific needs of the industry," explains Jack Demeis, President of CONTINUUM Applied Technology®. "Handheld devices allow CORRIDOR® to deliver real-time accurate information directly to the front line, directing the focus to the customers. The convenience and efficiency of handheld devices on shop floors and in the fuel areas is obvious, so the development of CORRIDOR® to work with this technology was inevitable. "

These wireless applications of CORRIDOR
® will be demonstrated along with extended presentations and demonstrations of CORRIDOR's enterprise and remote terminal services software in CONTINUUM's booth (#4291) at the 56th Annual NBAA Meeting & Convention in Orlando, Florida October 7-9, 2003.
