Remote Installation
CORRIDOR experts will provide support for remote installation on the central server and the client workstations.
Server installation includes both CORRIDOR and Oracle. The workstation setup includes configuration of Oracle, Bar
Coding Software, and AutoPrint. Valuable procedural documentation is provided for your reference. If preferred,
on-site installation can be arranged.
On-Site User Training
Based on the workflow and CORRIDOR configuration defined in the Core Group Consultation, CORRIDOR Implementation
Coordinators conduct comprehensive training sessions with remaining personnel on-site or remotely via the internet to
ensure company-wide preparedness for daily CORRIDOR use.
Go Live Support
CORRIDOR Implementation Coordinators provide remote or on-site support for Go Live to facilitate a smooth implementation
and provide immediate response as issues or questions arise once you "flip the switch".
